IEA Exemption Mode

IEA will also consider exemptions from various fields and from other Institution and University as well. However, exemptions are available only for certain levels. Currently only Diploma and Advanced Diploma will be considered to have exemption on certain subject. Yet, as for Certification, Graduate Diploma & Professional Graduate Diploma, IEA are still not considering any exemption.

Exemption from Diploma & Advanced Diploma subjects maybe granted to holders of qualifications from IEA or other professional bodies, institution, university and etc, provided that such similar qualifications or module have been obtained in external examination.

Exemption applications must be supported by documentary evidence (In English) for the assessment by IEA as a true copy. Any exemptions granted will be confirmed in writing and notice, together with the details of the exemption fee.

No exemption will granted from any subject previously failed in the examinations of the Association. Further information on exemption; please contact the local representative of IEA.
