The membership of IEA Youth Chapter falls unto the International Member of IEA (IMIEA) category, which is provided for external channel that have the need of collaborating with IEA and being part of IEA Youth Wings.
In conjunction with Professional Educational Qualification of International Entrepreneurs Association was, IEA Youth Chapter form for the purpose to become a well-recognised establish youth association committed towards sharing the resources among students and alumni of IEA of delivering the network and channel within IEA needed by youth to promote and engage youths to cultivate the “Entrepreneur Spirit.
IEA youth chapter is a platform created to offers learning opportunities between students and entrepreneurs in order to foster a global entrepreneurship community.IEA youth chapter intend to foster younger generation to practice and achieve IEA practitioner profession on “Giver Gain philosophy” and also to work out the future in a proper manner.
This membership is eligible for those who are interested to become part of IEA members.
Objectives of IEA Youth Chapter of Malaysia
- IEA Youth Chapter is aligned with its objectives to promote the young ‘Entrepreneurship Spirit’ among Youths through various channels available with cooperative ties formed between local educational-institutions and IEA Adult Chapter.
- IEA Youth Chapter is heading towards its path of enriching its members with the opportunity to learn and gain experiences both from students or peers of the same age within the Youth Chapter, or a more complex learning experience in cooperative ties with IEA Adult Chapter.
- Providing a Forum or Network for Young Entrepreneurs to bridge new cooperative channels and relationships among Youths in IEA Youth Chapter.
- Providing opportunities for youths to learn and benefit themselves by meeting Successful Entrepreneurs through IEA’s network.
- To offer a channel of possible solutions to youths who have creative and innovative business ideas, and would intended to seek business and ethical advice, business planning and coaching, skills development and training, and allocation of funds, network contacts and multi – resources
Missions – Vision of IEA Youth Chapter for Its Members
- Establish an association which is committed towards delivering an alternate pathways for youths and students to extend their experience, knowledge and exposures towards the business environment through practical training, seminars, or talks, camps, or any related events aside from formal education in classrooms.
- Providing youths with comprehensive knowledge about opportunities, risks and benefits of the Business World / Entrepreneurship in a global perspective.
- Providing the golden opportunity for the exposures and channel of utilizing this platform and practical learning of students and youths in managing projects, events, functions or any occasion in the real business world and society.
- Cultivating Creative and Innovative Planning and Execution skills among Youths towards Entrepreneurship, and generate more leaders with practical soft skills that need by today’s undergraduates.
- To inculcate holistic and multi-disciplinary approach to entrepreneurship, and to experience the dynamic and diverse nature of a new venture creation
