Membership Regulation Practice

All members of our Association are expected to comply with IEA Membership Regulation Practice. This code of practice seeks to ensure that all our Students, Members, Associates and Fellows, acknowledge their responsibilities as Professional And Certified International Entrepreneur(CIE).

The International Entrepreneurs Association(IEA) has been formed to enable all level of Professionals, Entrepreneurs, Business Owners, and executives fulfil their responsibilities to the highest standards as demanded by their employers, the public and their clients.

Our primary objective is to improve and to create and foster a dynamic entrepreneurial environment for its members by providing innovative opportunities, meeting forums, and resources. Professional Entrepreneur demands that the individual exercises his responsibilities with integrity, competence, and objectivity when working or dealing with the public, employer, client and other members of his or other professions.

This regulation code of conduct represents a relevant and useful set of guidelines to ensure that our licensed International Standard of Entrepreneur contribute and play a vital and ethical role in the context of their work function and business relationships.

Member's Responsibilities

Discharge at all time as their agreed responsibilities and authority as a Entrepreneur with integrity and observe the standards as prescribed in the IEA Guide to Professionalism Entrepreneur .

  1. Not to abuse their authority or office for personal gain.
  2. Comply with the statutory regulations as prescribed within their area of work and operate within the spirit of those regulations.
  3. Conduct them in the manner not to injure the stand and reputation of the IEA.

Guideline to become Professionalism Entrepreneur

Entrepreneur's personal responsibilities,

  1. Demonstrate integrity and humanity and observe the principles of the UN Declaration of Human Rights avoiding all discriminatory practices including those relating to race, sex, religion, and politics.
  2. Have regard for the interests of society in acting loyally and honestly in carrying out the policies of their organisation.
  3. Do not injure or attempt to injure, maliciously or recklessly, directly or indirectly, the professional reputation of others.
  4. Respect the confidentiality of information that they will possess in the course of their duties and business
  5. Entrepreneur to network with like-minded individuals and learn how to be successful in initiating, organising , and managing new business ventures for profit while minimizing the risk of loss. .
  6. Engage in continued learning to improve managerial competence and pursue new ideas and advances in technology.
  7. Our members should uphold the high standards of business practicing skills and expertise required by all level of business sectors of economic activity
  8. Accept only such work as they believe they are competent to perform to the satisfaction of their clients or superiors and where necessary obtain expert advice.
  9. Respect the codes of other institutes and associations relevant to their responsibilities. Be as objective as possible when called upon to provide their professional opinion.
