The Entrepreneurs and the Real world Environment

Entrepreneurs should take the appropriate actions to achieve the objectives of their business. These actions should include:

1. The effective and economic management from all available resources.
2. The appointment, training, and development of small business owner and entrepreneur, seeking to integrate their aspirations and idea with the requirements of the business.
3. The development of effective communications, understandings and cooperation between the entire business practises at all levels.
4. Enabling individuals who wish to embark upon a career in business management to attain the requisite qualifications demanded by business environment in the real world.
5. The practice of delegation of authority wherever possible and the acceptance of responsibility for the work of subordinates.

The Entrepreneur and The Society

Entrepreneur should recognise the interests and needs of the society and act accordingly. This recognition should include:

1. Making every effort to conserve the environment, balancing the rights of future generations with current economic needs.
2. Preserving and, whenever possible, improving the quality of life within the business's sphere of influence.
3. Promoting the development of further understanding in society of the role and place of the business community.
4. Ensuring that all contracts and terms of business are clear, concise and honoured in full, unless terminated or modified by mutual consent.
5. Promoting and Contributing back to society needs.
6. Creates new entrepreneurs and develop future generations of good and successful entrepreneur.
7. Participating in public affairs, and using their professional skills and expertise.
8. Investment supports and encouragements to create top-quality entrepreneurs across industries.
